why cannot input text

Hello.

It appears to be a styling issue, as the inputs are editable, but the input text is not visible.

Please try adding the following custom CSS to your form, it should fix the issue:

.form-textbox, .form-textarea { height: auto !important; padding: .4em .6em; }

You can add it either by following this guide: How to inject custom CSS, or by going into the Form Designer and pasting the code under the CSS tab.

After applying the above code, your form should display like this:
