    Hello Peter.

    If you are trying to import an Adobe Forms Central Fillable PDF, I would recommend that you try our PDF import tool at https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

     

    Please choose "PDF Only" option, after clicking on the Import Forms button.
