as opposed to having the entire form emailed, how can I set up submissions in such a way to have a notification that a form was submitted so I can log onto jotform to get the PDF? I know that I was able to do it on one of my forms, but I cannot figure out how to do that again.

    Thank you,

To my understanding, You would like to have the emails notification you receive to only have a message that says, "New Notification received". Then, you will log into JotForm to get the PDF of that submission, is that correct?

Why not place a Download PDF link on the email notification so that you don't need to log in to Jotform every time?

Like this: An example of email notification with Download PDF link.

But, if you want to remove the Data table, you can do this by:

Kindly let us know if this is not what you would like to happen. We will wait for your response. Thank you.
