    How to create payment form

Asked by Andrea  on May 09, 2015 at 11:30 PM

I have the first two pages of the form completed, but if you click this link to my site, http://andreasmith524abs.wix.com/fierce-ladies-shop#!design-your-hoops/c1ds2 you'll see that once the customer has reviewed their submission summary that's where things get complicated. I can't figure out how to use the summary of the customer's selection choices to allow them to purchase the item. Another issue that makes this difficult is that the combination of some of the selection options prices are different. Someone please help I've been working on this for weeks and this is the last step before it is complete.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I messed around with the payment options and I created a form specifically for your jewelry, you can search "Purchase Product" and look at most recent and you should find it. It is set up for a basic payment option where you simply would get a notice of a new order but would have to go about collecting payment and shipping information separately. You can change it to PayPal or any of the other options in JotForm by deleting the box with the values and selecting "yes" that you would like to save options to be used with another payment option. I had to include all of the options in one box rather than being able to separate them, so you could add explanation if you would like.

    Best of Luck
