Are Plugins/Apps Free

    A couple of questions, I know many of the themes or templates are for sale, it wasn't clear with the plugins/apps, are they free or is there a charge?

     

    Are items I buy for one form or unlimited?

     

    At work we sometime use a website call signup genius to schedule volunteers where we need so many people for an event etc. Is there anyway to do something like this with JotForm?
