Working in Wordpress - Will Short Code version help?

    I'm having difficulty having a form viewing correctly in a Wordpress page.

    Wondering if a shortcode would make it work?

    Also, how may I get a shortcode. I didnt see one in the embed section.

    Also, how may I get a shortcode. I didnt see one in the embed section.

    There is no shortcode available that can be used as an alternative code to embed.

    Most likely, there might be no need for the short code if the form will be embedded on the page anyway.
