How to make the page break button and name field visible and hidden base on user answer

Hi,

I want to display my page break button and the name field when the user answer yes on the question "do you like to join the raffle?" see screenshot 1. when the user select yes see screenshot 2. and when the user select no the question "do you like to join the raffle? " will be hidden and the page break should be visible see screenshot 3.

From what i understand, you want to hide the question and the check box when the user select 'NO', to do so you can add the element to your hide condition for the 'YES' & 'NO'

Please not that this will hide the entire check-box and the user will be unable to select the 'YES' option until they reload the page.
