Account Suspended for phishingAsked by Jack Kerr on May 11, 2015 at 06:45 AM
Hi there! :)
I am aware that this site suspends accounts for phishing when there is a password field present in forms, however my forms do not have any password fields, so I am unsure why my account got suspended.
I am using my form(s) for a school assignment, where I need to make a website, I have no intentions for any sort of phishing :/
Yes, we do not allow collecting passwords, but we also do not allow collecting other sensitive information, such as Credit Card information and similar, unless you are using a Payment Tool.
Upon inspecting your forms, it appears that you are asking your users to input their Credit Card credentials in form ID 51302602295850.
You are not using a Payment Tool to integrate with one of the available payment processor. As such, our system detects it as possible phishing, and it is against our rules. Please remove said fields from your forms, or use a Payment Tool to be able to use JotForm for receiving purchases.
