Why submitted information is not receieved by submitter?

    Hi, 

    I can't seen to be able to make the autoresponder work.

    Here is a screenshot of the selections I make

    When a user submits the form, I get a comfirmation email from Jotform, but they don't get the auto response. I tried using our own email as a sender, but that didn't work either, so I left noreply@jotform.com as the sender.

    Please lem know if I am doing something wrong.

    Hi, Spiros,

    You can add your own email address to as the sender email address by using your own SMTP settings. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in setting up SMTP for a form.

    Hi Ecem,

    thank you for your swift answer. I did add our own address but that didn't work either. Is it ok that in the Recipient Email field it says Please Select, but there is nothing to select?

    Hi Ecem,

    thanks for keeping at it. What happens now, is that I don't get any Notifier email and the user gets an email that contains what I should get as a Notifier and not what it is in the Auto Responder email I made.

    I think I know what is the problem but I can't fix it myself. Please look:

    Hi,

    I understand your problem i gave a name to email field and it starts being shown in recipient e-mail drop down menu. And check your form and get the mail response form you (info@spir.to). I just want from you to fill the Auto-Response message.

    Got it Ecem! I guess the problem was that I had deleted the labels for the fields, right?
