Auto Fill Feature: Not clearing form after submit

    I have written about it but is not resolved yet; so I insist.

     

    Once the form is submitted, my users need to start a new submission within minutes. Here comes the problem. Even if they close their web page or app, when they launch it again, still showing the whole previous submission. How can my users re start a clean form? Please, this is important and nobody trace this case, you just said (in answer 1430880746 on 05/05/15) “It seems like this is a bug on the Auto Fill feature. The form should clear after you click the submit button. I need to escalate this to our developers to have it check and to implement a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience.”

     

     

    However, I’m still waiting the fix implementation but receiving users phone calls asking me about it.

Please avoid opening new threads so that we can better assist you, you can post your follow up there. I've checked it but unfortunately, the developer assigned on it does not have a fix on it yet. I did provide a workaround on that thread, another workaround that you can apply is asking your users to clear the browser's cache, this should clear the form data in your form.
