My admins prefer to print off our filled-out forms when working with them. We've been heavily relying on Google forms, but their overly long spreadsheet printouts aren't working well for their work flow. Trying to find out if you guys or another form company can give us print outs that are easier to read? Before we purchase a plan, we need to see if the printed out forms will be easy for our team to work with. Can we see a photo or screenshot of what a printed form will look like?

You can actually test whatever features of JotForm you would like without ever subscribing. There are several different ways you can print out your form. The first is by simply adding a print button to your form:
The next would be from the submission view section:
Including the headers and text of your form in the submission view will allow you to print out a more accurate version of your form and data:
Just create a quick test form or use one of our templates and you can see exactly how the submitted forms will look printed.
