    Cloned Form suddenly disabled?

    I copied from an old (disabled) form. My new form did not accept submissions until I disabled and re-enabled the new form. The bug was over the weekend, so I didn't catch it until several people had already tried (unsuccessfully) to use it.

    1) There's no way to recover those submissions, right?

    2) Please fix so it doesn't happen again.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the problem.

    I cloned your form, disabled it. I then cloned my own disabled form, tested it by filling it out and clicking the submit button. I was able to receive the submission data.

    If the form is disabled, the user will not be able to fill it out, in this case there's no lost submission data to recover. Perhaps the form had an expiration date on it? Or was set to "disable"? 

    Just a tip, to make sure that the form is working, please do a test submission by filling it out and clicking the submit button before embedding it on a website.
