Can users upload and download files to Form using https?Asked by ian.drewett on May 11, 2015 at 12:47 PM
I am creating a secure form that I want users to upload confidential documents to. I am using the secure https version of the form. However, I am concerned that users cannot upload confidential documents using https and the form administrator can't download these documents securely via https. Can you confirm is this is indeed the case?
I believe your users shouldn't have have any problems when uploading using https:// protocol and downloading the file at the same time. This is just a protocol to make sure that the uploaded file is sent and downloaded on a secure link. You can learn more about SSL here: http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions
If you encounter any problems please do let us know, you can make a few test submissions on this.
It's possible to keep your uploaded files even more secure now.
