Sir or Madam,
I have created a form and shared it with a sub-user. The sub-user was able to see the form on Friday but, for some reason it stopped displaying under their account. All the forms are visible if using admin user account.
I have double checked in admin panel that related forms are authorized to that sub-user with edit right, actually, no problem found Friday until it disappeared.
Please let me know if you need anything else to resolve this issue.

I see you have shared for two users:
I located an account only for "firstname.lastname@example.org", seems the other email does not have registered an account yet.
I do see that the shared form is shown on Dieguito2015 account:
Please ask this user to clear browsers cache, or try in a different browser(We recommend using Chrome or FireFox). Let us know what happens.

Thank you for your response. Clearing the web-browser's cache seemed to work. The user is able to see the shared form now.
