The form with this embed code: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformpro.com/jsform/51203473114947"></script> called

Haus und Garten Tour 2015 - June 28, 2015 - Preserving the Past, Celebrating Tomorrow and alive on this page: http://www.germanvillagetour.com/tickets no longer appears in my My Forms list. So I can't run a submissions report. Help!

    Hi,

I checked your account and I was able to see the form was there and accessible:

    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51203473114947

It was even present within your page:

Are you still having trouble with that form?  As far as I can tell it should be live.

Hi, yes - it is live - but the problem is, I can't find it in JotForm in the My Forms list. So I can't download my submissions or edit the form.

I checked again and it appears as though the form was archived.  While viewing your forms, click on "Archive" and you should be able to find the form there:

You can also unarchive it from the same place.  This will move it back to the same place as your other forms.
