Does JotForm have a way to sync submissions to allow users to fill a form offline that gets submitted automatically when they are online

Since the below conversation was asked 2 years ago, I wanted to ask it again to see if anything new is updated. I know there's the PDF forms, but it doesn't seem to send the info when we do it all the time. I really like your program but not being able to have the forms submitted w/o internet connection is really putting me in a bad place.

    Please help!

This is an example of a form I want to use offline and then have it submitted when the inspector logs in.

    Hi,

Can you suggest anyway I can complete forms on a mobile device offline and submit form data when next connected to internet?

For example, I want a building supervisor to walk around a building with a ipad (no internet connection), completing safety checks and recording results on a jot form.

They then return to the office where wifi is available and their form data is sumitted.

I don't want to just not submit until they are in a wifi area - it's too risky that they may loose their form data. They need to be able to complete form, and form data is stored locaaly on the ipad. They can go on and complete multiple form submissions. When they return to a wifi area ALL the form submissions are sync'd to jotform.

Unfortunately, we don't have a sync feature that would allow the form to be submitted automatically when an internet connection is available. What you might consider is enabling the autofill feature which allows to save automatically what is entered in the form and then they can fill it "offline" and submit it when they have access to internet.

For multiple forms, they could open the form on different windows (not tabs) because the autofill feature uses the browser's cache to save the entered data. Or you may also try using 3rd party software that allows to manage the entered data in the form.
