    Hello stretchandstaple,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. Though it is a very long form, I was able to edit your form and its conditions without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

The issue you are having could be your browser related issue. I have cleared your form cache and I would also suggest you to clear your browser cache. You may also like to restart your internet router also once and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you clear your browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

So I cleared my browsers cache in both chrome and firefox and I was able to edit one condition and then it started doing the same thing. I tried clearing the browsers' and form's cache again and it still won't let me edit the forms. It just freezes the second I click on a condition.

    Hi,

It is possible also that the issue could be internet/network related. If the process is hanging up or very slow, then it must be due to slow network/internet.

Please take note that your form http://www.jotform.com/51035094519958 is very long and has a lot of content. In the Form Builder, it is noticeable that the form loads very slow and lagging at times.

The multiple conditions on the form will also contribute in the slow performance in the Form Builder, because all the conditions needs to be read every time something is edit/modified on the form

When I checked it on my end, I was able to noticed the slow down and lag, but it did not totally freezes that could prevent me updating the form.

Another option you can also do to ease up on the lag, is to close any other running application on your computer especially those that also were using the internet. Closing the other applications hopefully will help improving the internet/network performance.

    Hope this help.

    Thanks.

I have tried this on multiple computers with different internet connections, and it is doing the same thing.  I am sorry you can't replicate the problem, but I can assure you it is not related to internet speed.

What kind of browser are you using to edit the form? We do recommend Chrome or Firefox for editing forms.

Unfortunately, I could not reproduced the issue yet. And I could not escalate the issue to our higher team support because I will not be able to provide them information on how to produced the problem so that they can fix them.

So I will try to get more information as much as possible.

Is there any visible error message or similar when it hangs up on your Form Builder?

You can also check the browser console if there is any error catch in the process. To open the browser console (in Chrome), press the CTRL+SHIFT+J all at the same time in the keyboard.

This will open the browser console and will show in red if there are error in the process.

It will also help us if we can have a visual of the problem on your side. Take a screenshot of the issue and share it to us, and we will check further.

use this guide to upload the screenshot in your message.

    Thanks.

Well the only way a screenshot is going to help is if it is a video screenshot and I can't seem to use screenr any more, do you have a suggestion?

You can try using Jing screenshot tool. You will be able to upload a recorded video for free in a screencast page.

Then you can share here the URL of your uploaded video and we will be able to view them.

    Hope this help.

    Thanks.
