I am having trouble logging on.

    I put in my user ID and password, but nothing happens when I click the SIGN-IN button using Safari. I do not have any problems using Firefox. My default browser is Safari, so I'd like to use it. Any solution?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I tried logging in to JotForm using Safari 5 and I did not encounter any problems.

    Can you provide the Safari version you are using? How many times have you tried logging in and failed?

    7.1.6 is the version, and I've tried probably half a dozen times. This morning when I tried again, I was successful. I'm not sure what that was all about.
