Hi there, my pass word retrieval is not being sent to me at all. I also am not receiving email with the embedded form. Please send me a link to reset my password.

I see that there is no issue with sending the password reset instructions to your email. As I check our logs, it seems that the message sent successfully.

Please try whitelisting JotForm email address/IP addresses in your email to avoid any email delivery issues. Please refer to the guide below for the list of IP address or email address to be whitelisted.
