    Apologies, but I'm not sure if I understand your concern fully, could you please provide us more details of it?

    I've checked your last form and it seems like you have already applied a solution for ranking your fields?

    You might also be interested in using the Orderable List widget here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/orderable_list. It will let your users to drag the items to change the order of it in the list.
