Can Jotform allow to submit data to external url with customizable parameters.

We would like to make use of Jotform to be our application which can submit the data to our database directly. We would like to know if Jotform can submit data to external url with customizable parameters.

#1.  You can post the submission data to your own page by enabling the "Send Post Data" of your form's preferences. You can set the custom thank you URL in your form to redirect to your own thank you page where you can read the submission data.
