How can I change information on a contact?

When People register to an event, they sometimes register wrong information. How can I update/change information on a registered contact in the jotform database? Today I delete the contact and ask them to register one more time. I assume there are easier ways to update/change registered information on a contact?

In case of wrong information on submissions, you can allow your users to edit/update their submissions. This requires creating an Autoresponder email so that an email containing an Edit Link will be sent to a user after every submission to allow him/her to update his/her submission without having to delete existing submission of the same user.

In addition to what my colleague has said, yes, you can easily modify submissions / contact information that others have submitted through your form.

In the screenshot you have posted, please note the Edit icon near the top right corner. You can edit your submissions by using that button.

I'll just give you a quick overview on how to reach the submission editing page.

First, go to your My Forms page, and find the form you are looking for.

Click on the desired form, select More > View Submissions.

Now, when you find the submission you want to edit, just click on the Edit icon near top right corner.
