    ave found the reporting of configurable forms a problem too.  They are a great widget apart from this weakness.  I would recommend it as an improvement if possible.

    If this is not

    The requested feature was already assigned to one of our Developer.

    Unfortunately, there is no ETA for this feature. So we cannot provide any defined time frame.

    Our dev will post update here every time there is news/updates on the status of the requested feature.

    Thank you.

    @cobair

    I'm sorry for any inconvenience, however, we haven't received any updates coming from our developers regarding this feature request. Rest assured that this thread will be updated once the feature is already working and implemented.

    Thank you.

    Over a year (if not two) of "assigned to one of our Developer" with no news at all, not even to JotForm.

    Maybe you should get a different "Developer" on this item or are your "Developers" too busy ?

    Maybe you should share the priority allocated to such requests ?

    Maybe a list of the features actually being worked on so we know where we stand in line ?

    Any enhancement "assigned to one of our Developers" with no news for a few  months is NOT actually being worked on, is it ?

    @CscProvidence

    I'm sorry to say, but feature requests like this are not guaranteed to be implemented, they are forwarded to our developers to let them know that users are looking for this specific function. However, the implementation of it still depends on the current workload and priority of our developers, it also depends on the number of people looking for it and if it is currently feasible. For now, we do not have a way to display to our users the list of feature requests. Our management and developers are working on improving the ticketing system, but these are all in the back-end.

    Rest assure that each ticket is assigned to a developer, and if there are any news about the said ticket, the user will surely get an email or reply.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    It's just that if I tell a customer a developer has been assigned, there is the perception that something will be done within a reasonable time period.  Even if it's just returning promptly "programming is not being planned at this time, request is noted for later consideration".

    Just say the request is added to a customer wish list.  The developers WILL review according to overall demand and priorities.  Expectations would then match probability of implementation.

    Another frustrated user here. We also need the data parsed into individual columns in reporting (excel, csv, etc)

    @iStore

    Sorry for the inconvenience, the request is already assigned to our developer team. However, there's no estimated date when will it be available. We will notify you via this thread once there's an update.

    Thank you.

    @unicefnextgen

    This feature is currently not on the top priority in our developers' list. So this might not be implemented anytime soon. Rest assure that you will get an update on this thread if there are any news. It would also be better if you open your own separate thread for your concerns so that we can better assist you.

    Thank you.

    This feature would be fantastic but I'm assuming it's still on the waiting list?

    This thread will be updated if the feature request has been implemented. Thank you for your understanding.

    Unfortunately fields and widgets that have multiple options will normally be treated as a single field when exported to spreadsheet. Fields like Checkboxes, Configurable list, Matrix table and so on.. will have only a single column header when viewed on spreadsheet app like Excel or Google docs.

    But spreadsheet do have function that will allow you to separate each entity in column to multiple column. Use the function Text-to-Column in spreadsheets application.

    You can review for a similar solution discussed on this thread.
