Not receiving submission emails from my form.

    New to jobform. I just set up a form at

    I tested it at where it is hosted but I don't receive the emails.

    Hello Zachary,

    I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving the submission emails normally.

    Upon checking our email server log, I found that submission emails are being sent successfully to email address "". Please check the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already? Please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. If you do not find emails in your spam folder, I would suggest you to please speak to your email service provider and ask them to white list our domain names.     Please be noted that it is also possible to use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account. The following guides should help you:
