What would be the best way to do this?

I see that the account capedave is now holding Premium status. Since the payment for the subscription is made through PayPal, it is not possible to change the username of the account. However, if your client is having a different account we can move the JotForms to the other account so that the other account may be upgraded and the current paid subscription on this account may be cancelled.
