PDF Form Migration

I am wondering what the timeline is for PDF form migration? I just sent my Customer Correction PDF form in to be integrated into a jot form on 5/5/2015. I received an email saying that it would take a few days. It has been a week and I am wondering what the completion timeline is?

    Thanks, Chris

    Hi,

The import should definitely not take this long.  I would recommend trying the import once again.  I did see one fform in your account already that has the title "Adobe FormsCentral".  Is this the form you are looking for:

If it is not, try the import once again, there may have been an error during the process.  If it still does not come through after trying again, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  Generally though, the imports are less than a day.

Okay, so you are telling me to do this process again? You can't/don't want to find out about the form I already created? I am trying to figure out if this forms service is a fit for our company, I don't want to hear that a company such as this doesn't have any accountability. This isn't reassuring to know that my form can't be found. It makes me wonder what the response would be if I would have an employee/customer/vendor fill out a form and I didn't receive it. I would like to know what happen to the form I started with.

    Thanks, Chris

I did indeed check our error logs to see if there was a failed import associated with your username and I was unable to find anything.  Unfortunately, if the form does not show up in our logs, there is not much information we can provide as to what happened in the process.  There are no waiting imports associated with your username either.  Attempting the import once again is unfortunately the only thing I can recommend at this time.
