I continue to try to retrieve my password, but it will not allow me to nor will the automated process send me an email.

That's because you have unsubscribed to our email list. When you do, you won't be able to receive an email from us since we simply remove or skip your email to our records. But I have just removed you from our unsubscribe list. You should be able to receive a reset email now, kindly do it again.
