How do I change payment method?

    I have been paying for my account using PayPal, and would like to change the payment method using a regular credit card. However, when I went to account/Billing and clicked on 'Change Credit Card', I was directed to PayPal and there is no way to enter a regular credit card information.

    I see that your account is upgraded using PayPal. If you want to use the regular credit card to upgrade your account instead of using PayPal, the current subscription needs to be cancelled and it requires to re-upgrade the account using credit card. In order to cancel the current subscription through PayPal, please follow the steps below :

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again. But your account will hold Premium status until your next billing date.

    Once the account is downgraded to Free, you may upgrade the account again using Credit card.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I followed the steps that you listed and cancelled the subscription in PayPal. When I went to my Jotform account afterwards and clicked on Billing/Change Credit Card, I was still directed to PayPal. Do I have to wait until the next billing cycle before I can change credit card, or is there a way to do that right away?

    A couple of final questions:

    - When I reach the Order Details form after I click on the Order Now button, I don't see my user name on the URL. Will the form know which account the upgrade is applied to?

    - I just paid for the account using PayPal today. Will the new credit card payment start the next billing cycle or will it apply right away?

    So, it will be able to determine the jotform account being upgraded during the process.

    It will be applied right away. And it will auto renew again on the next billing cycle.

    The only time the billing will stop is when the subscription is cancelled/stop at any time.
