You have to view your form's incomplete payment page. Here's how:
Note that manually completing the payment in the incomplete payment page won't charge the user. That will simply add the submission to your form submissions grid.
If there's an incomplete payment, that means that the submitter have failed to settle down the payment when she or he is redirected to the payment page. It's either you will contact the submitter to process the payment or delete the record.
