    Yes, It is possible only if it is a PDF from from Adobe Formscentral. You may try importing the PDF file from the following web page :

    http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

    Click on Import Forms button and then choose PDF Only to upload your Formscentral PDF form.
