The forms on our website are not working and I cannot login to the account.
Trying to login the account and am getting a username and password error.
Username is email@example.com I cannot request a password reset because the email address is no longer valid and I need to change it. Is there anyway to get into the account to do this and not have to start over?!

The username for your account is "MOPS" and the email address associated with it for the password reset is "firstname.lastname@example.org". Is this the email account you no longer have access to or just the one in your post? If you still have access to "email@example.com" you should be able to send a password reset to that address in order to restore your forms.
If you do not have access to that address as well, let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.
