Employee Usage of forms

    Hi!

I want to have my employees access this form. I do not want to host it on our website and based on my prior discussions with JotForm  I understand I can download a PDF version to our network, but can I collect responses this way as well?

If not...is their a domain where I can customize to be like "centuryny.jotform.com" where there would be a list of forms I created so our employees can fill them out?

I guess I am asking; once I create the form, what is the most effective way to get it to employees to fill out the form? We are not looking to integrate the form into our site--we just want it to be available to about 40 employees to collect responses.

Kindly follow up, thanks so much.

    Best,

    Priya

    Hi,

You could simply give your employees a link to the form itself.  It is not necessary to embed the form at all.  Once your form is created, click on the "Preview" button and you will be presented with the URL of your form:

You could have a list of your forms somewhere on your site or send the list out via email.

You can also customize the URL to make it more specific to the form, rather than just the form ID:

Your form will always be available from the URL, you do not need to embed it to your page.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
