My form will not submit when the submission button is hit

I see that you appear to be having an issue getting your form to submit when used.

I would suggest that you try using the iframe code as your embed option to see if that makes any difference.

It currently appears that there may be a conflict between the embedded form script you used and your website which could possibly be causing it to not function or submit properly. Using an iframe will wrap your form and prevent that.

If this is still an issue though then please let us know.

Also, if it continues then may we please have your permission to test this directly to be more accurate with helping you resolve this issue if needed.
