If a form is disabled a sub-user would be still able to view it?

If a form has been disabled (time sensitive deadline) can the users set up to view the forms still have access?

If you are referring to a sub-user then they will be able to see it under my forms screen.

If you are referring to your submitters then no, a message will be shown instead letting them know that the form is unavailable at that moment (see example below).
