Submissions count on my account is incorrect

    My account is showing that I have a submission, which counts against my max number of submissions, but there aren't any submissions recorded.

    I checked your jotform accoun/username brianforflorida and I found that it has one payment submission on it.

    Are you saying that there was no submission yet done on the form?

    If you have deleted the submissions of the form

    , the payment submission must have not been cleared yet.
