For some reason I have a form for which the notification is coming through in a block of text rather than inside the jotform template.
Is this a "me" or a "you" issue?

The Notifier must have been changed to Text mode.
You can restore the default HTML template version of the Notification E-mail by adding a new Notification using the Add New Email button in the Email Alert.
