how can i change subject in the received e-mail

    I'm receiving notifications from different people in my form and they're accumulating as a same message at the inbox at gmail.

    Is there any way to change this as the different messages, from different people don't get attached as it were sent by the same person?

    To make your subject different for each user, add form field to your subject. For example, Name field.
