Submit button of Stripe integrated form is not working.Asked by Leah on May 12, 2015 at 10:45 PM
Several of our students have complained about not being able to register through our online registration form. The form is integrated with Stripe. I've tried the form both embedded in a shell and on its own with the same result. When you click the "Submit" button, the form doesn't submit. It just sits. I've tried in both Chrome and Safari.
The same form has been up for a while - this is a recent development.
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and did not find any issue with that. It seems to work fine. Though I was unable to test the form completely as it requires a valid credit card number but your form seems to work fine.
I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code. iFrame embed code will rule out any possible conflict issue between your form scripts and other scripts available in your web page. The following guide should help you : http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Hope this helps.
