how long is your normal support response time

I have sent a number of support questions with zero replies other then the first one. 

We always try to answer any queries as soon as possible. While we can't promise how long it may take to answer any particular query, our Average Response Time is usually about one to two hours, sometimes less.

After checking your threads, we only seem to have ever received two posts from you.

If your posts that haven't reached us were sent directly from an email client or GMail, I would recommend that you try logging in here at the thread and post a response. Maybe your emails are not getting through, but you should be able to get to us directly in our threads.

We would have certainly answered any of your queries if we have received them, and we are happy to assist you any way we can.
