Hi, could you please clarify what is meant by "We will not access your data for non-administrative reasons."

We have very strict policies set in place. Your data will only be accessed for strictly administratorial purposes required to offer you all the cool features that JotForm supports.
When you use our apps and tools, they need to access your submission data in order to process it and perform the task for which the app, tool or widget is designed to perform.
When you ask for help on a specific form or with specific submissions, our Support or Dev Staff may access your data just in order to verify if there is a bug, or if we can fix the reported problem.
Even in such a case, we access only as little data as possible to confirm the bug or fix the issue for the customer, and JotForm's employees are warned that any access to private customer details without such a justification is grounds for immediate termination of employment.
Additionally, we do not store any data that you do not allow us, and any submissions that you delete are deleted from our servers and therefore can't be recovered.
