    Hi,

    For the following form:

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=51314211650137

When a user enters anything in any widgets (multiple text fields, multiple selections etc.), the values are not stored in the record of the submission, or if they are, I can't figure out how to view them.

How can I fix this ASAP without having to redo all widgets as text areas?

Thanks for your help & looking forward to hearing back from you soon!

    Michael

Upon checking your account, I see that the "Multiple selection" and "Infinite List" widget on the following columns below show the correct input values. To view your submissions, you can follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

Although, I do see that It seems like there was a problem with the "Multiple Selections" widget in the field name "Which products do you use to encrypt your devices? (you may select more than one choice)".

Could you try removing the widget and re-adding it again? You could also try clearing your form's cache just to make sure. Also, is the form embedded in your website?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
