    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you please describe your problem more detailed? Do you use an embed code or a full source code? Screenshots, examples or any other information will be much appreciated.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

The first is in JotForm, the second in Dreamweaver. I selected "embed", copied the code, in DW inserted cursor to location for form, went to code and pasted. I can probably reformat it to look better but would rather not do twice. Thanks, in advance, for your help with this.

when embedding, I also selected the DW icon before copying the code. Can't include the screenshots. They paste into this fine, but when I save the "answer" the images are gone.

Do you have a sample web page of the result of this uploaded somewhere?  I'm wondering if you have accidentally overwritten the part where the images are but it would be great if we can see the result of the layout so to figure out what's going on.

    We'll wait for your response.

I did respond days ago and am awaiting your help. I sent you screen shot of wat I see in JotForm and a link to a test page with what happens to it. Is there any way we can resolve this in a more timely manner? I need to have 2 forms up asap. A phone conversation would be more efficient. (208) 699-0220. Thanks, in advance.

Unfortunately, we dont have any means of providing phone support.

I am more than happy to work this issue through to resolution with you tonight ( I am here for around 2 more hours ) but it has to be through this forum, I will priortise your responses when I see them.

What exactly are your trying to achieve with your webpage/form?

It may be easier to bypass Dreamweaver completely and just embed the form directly into your webpage.

Is the webpage/website that you want to embed the form into already on the internet? if so can you provide a link and I will work out how easy (or not) it is to get the form into it.

    Thanks.

    The test site is http://www.angsfconference.com
Then use the "TEST" link in upper left to go to the page with the form. I
have attached a screen shot of what is designed on JotForm.com. Thanks, in
    advance, for your help.

Is there any way we can resolve this by phone as I need to get this form
and one other on line this week with changes. Thanks so much for your help.
I hope we can work together. I will be upgrading both forms as there will
    800-900 registrants.

We have no option of phone support.

See this line of code in your test webpage:

    <a href="javascript:void( window.open('http://www.jotform.com/form/13243818318', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))"><em>Click here for</em><strong><br />Attendee Registration FORM</strong></a>

    change it to :

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/13243818318"></script>

try that out and see what result you get.

I sent you a screenshot in JotForm and the link to the test page.
The two forms don't look the same.
    The test page is
    Www.angsfconference.com.
Click the right button "TEST" and see the results.
    Thanks.

Is this the form your looking to have your users access through that link on your site?

    http://www.jotform.com/form/13243818318

    or is it this one?

    http://www.jotform.com/form/13194227573

Please update the link on your webpage if its the latter.

    Thanks.

I gave up. The pop-up option works and I just used that. I don't have time
to play email tag. Thanks, though. I will play around with your code later
    when I don't have a deadline.

    OK. No worries.

Its a relatively straightforward change, all this gets a lot easier after a little bit. Promise. :)
