I like to know its possibile to make new plugin payament for DOTPAY or other suplier

Though I cannot say whether or not our developers will be able to include an integration for DotPay, I will be happy to raise a request ticket to them to see if this may be something they can add.  I was unable to find any API documentation for them.  Do you happen to have a direct link to their documentation?  Translating each page in the browser can be quite time consuming.

Unfortunately we do not usually download and open files from outside sources.  If there is API documentation online, we will be happy to have a look.  However, a rar file from an unknown source is not generally something we pass along.
