I have submitted 2 email questions regarding the transition from Adobe to your system 2 days ago and have not received and answer let alone an acknowledgement of receiving my queries.
The lack of response does not bode well as I consider a vendor to replace Adobe FormsCentral and use in the future for all of my forms which are extensive. The trust issue comes into play when your site blindly request I submit my Adobe account information so you can allegedly log into my account to access my current forms. Ergo, no response from my submitted questions therefore I have trust issues.

I am not sure to who you gave your Adobe credentials.
Did you try to import your Adobe Forms to JotForm with our Import Tool?
In case that you try to import forms from AdobeCentral to JotForm suppose that you use some email address for importing and that email address is not email from which you are writing because I can not find that email address in requests for importing forms.
Can you please provide us an email address which you used for importing your forms?
