How does PayPal work on the form?

When testing out my form I was trying to submit the form and it took me to my PayPal which is great, but then it would not let me log in. I guess my concern is that the people who need to secure their spot with a deposit will not be able to. But I would like to provide a way for them to do that... PayPal is easy, reliable and secure and I want my customers to know that I am invested.... Any suggestions?

Do you mean to allow the users to secure the spot without making the payment through PayPal? When PayPal payment method is added to your JotForm, the submission cannot be listed in your submissions page unless the payment is completed. If the payment is not completed, the submissions are shown in Incomplete Payments. Please check Incomplete Payment FAQs.

If you want to have other options like check payment other than PayPal, you may check the following guide for some assistance.

If you want to enable the user to authorize the payment but not charged, you may enable the option Authorization only from the Payment field properties.
