    Hi!

    I want to create an autoresponder email for my form and it looks like my form is embedded in it!

    You can edit your autoresponder email, but there is not such a feature:

    However, when it comes to subscribing to list, like a newsletter list, there are really great tools to send emails, and one of them is MailChimp.
