I am a bit confused about your pricing. You get for example 10 sub user accounts with the 19.95 plan - does that mean we could have 10 separate user accounts at the same company with this plan? Please let me know, thank you.

Essentially - yes, but please read on.
Sub user accounts are the accounts with which you can share your forms. They can view submissions of shared forms, and you can all collaborate and modify the forms which you have shared with sub-user accounts.
Sub-user accounts can be free, so you can set it up such that you only buy a plan for your main account. The submission count of the forms that you are sharing is only counting for the account which owns the forms, so sub-account users can be on a free plan.
