Creating a form that allows you to go to another form

Asked by Scioto_Hills_Camp on May 13, 2015 at 05:13 PM

Is there way to create a form where one of the questions gives them a few choices and each choice would direct them to a new jot form form?

    Yes, that is possible.

You will need to use Conditional Logic, and add a rule to Change Thank You URL after submission when the desired choice is selected.

You would then have to put a link to the new form that they should be redirected to when they have selected a desired answer.

I have made a small demo of this function, please clone it to check out how it was implemented.

This demo is simply made so that it redirects to a Wikipedia article, you would want to use form URLs instead.

Please let us know if you have further questions or if you need any help, and we will be happy to assist you.
