Is there way to create a form where one of the questions gives them a few choices and each choice would direct them to a new jot form form?

    Yes, that is possible.

You will need to use Conditional Logic, and add a rule to Change Thank You URL after submission when the desired choice is selected.

You would then have to put a link to the new form that they should be redirected to when they have selected a desired answer.

I have made a small demo of this function, please clone it to check out how it was implemented.

This demo is simply made so that it redirects to a Wikipedia article, you would want to use form URLs instead.
