The list seems to have disappeared from the My Forms tab, although the links still work

    Hello Larry.

    I'm sorry to hear that you have trouble seeing your forms on the My Forms page.

    I have logged into your account to check if the list is properly appearing, and all twelve of your forms were correctly listed on the page when I just checked. Including the three forms you are most interested in.

    (Form names have been blurred on the image, for your privacy.)

    Please note that there is no indication in our records of any problem that would prevent you from seeing your forms. I would therefore recommend that you first try clearing your browser's cache, and logging out and then back into JotForm.

    If the problem continues, please get back to us, we would love to resolve any issues that might be preventing you from using your forms.
